980511  MTB to Uppsala at gravel cycle way along railroad track 17 deg. C.  4 - 6 m/Sec.  ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 152  ( 74 % HRR),  avg. speed 29.7 km/hr,  length  55,6 km
26 km gravel road on old railroad track and 16,4 km asphalt. The meaning was to empty my
legs after 85 km yesterday. And it did. Upper diagram is the way out and the lower back home.
Upper diagram until 14 minutes on asphalt, and then gravel roads until minute 38, then lazy
cycling to my sons apartment. After 5 minutes, the same way back. Feel much better  !

980513  "Litzlena-Örsundsbro-Skärfelten-Örsundsbro"  19 deg. C. 4 - 6 m/Sec.  ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 142  ( 67 % HRR),  avg. cadence 62, avg. speed 27,2 km/hr,  length  54,6  km
Did a TT test from point 1 ( "Örsundsbro" ) to point 2 ( "Litzlena" ) and back.
Avg. speed 33,4 km/hr and then I was not working to hard for the first 10 minutes. But then
I was having to much fun and did the way back with avg. pulse 1 beat over LT. And loved it !
After come cycle strolling I realized that 85 cadence is a good power climbing cadence for me.
A hill where I have never managed to NOT fall below 20 km/hr, at 65 cadence, I decided to
follow a small farm tractor up the hill.  And I didn't lose it ! Never below 32,4 on  "Höja backen".
Now I´we got confidence to climb hills "in the pack" ;-)
It is like the repeat of  3 min. 180 watt, 1 min. 360 watt, did something good to both
body, legs and mind.
