See the reason to the look  980428
This is how I looked after "Dalbyvändan" with son 4 - 8 m/sec wind
and this was my comment this day :
Avg. pulse 164  (83 % HRR), avg. cadence 71, avg. speed 30,7,  42,5 Km
I have never felt as strong as today. The pulse a bit high but for the first time I had
"Tireless legs". If the body or legs needs a rest after this, they will get it :-)

980508  4 times   ( 3 min. @ 180 + 1 min. @ 360 watt)   ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 157  ( 77 % HRR),  avg. cadence 98, * est ml/min/kg 58, ** est max. watt 334
Totals for this week
Fully satisfied with the pulse response. The flu is fading away and the body is responding.
I think it is normal with a longer time for the pulse fall back after sickness.
In the build phase I will also use the following training  : ( all with an avg. power of 225 watt )
2.00  min 180 watt,   2.00  min 270 watt
2.30  min 180 watt,   1.30  min 300 watt
3.00  min 180 watt,   1.00  min 360 watt
3.20  min 180 watt,   0.40  min 450 watt
3.30  min 180 watt,   0.30  min 540 watt
3.40  min 180 watt,   0.20  min 720 watt

980509  With my son,  "Hjälsta-Övergran-Litzlena"  17 deg. Celsius 4 - 6 m/Sec.  ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 162  ( 81 % HRR),  avg. speed 30.2 km/hr, avg. cadence 75, length 41,3 km
I really felt good today. NO PROBLEM !!!!!

980510  "Järlås-Östfora-Jumkil-Vänge-Hagby-Örsundsbro"  ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 145  ( 76 % HRR),  avg. cadence 65, avg. speed 26,4 km/hr, , length 82  km
I met my son and his girlfriend after 41 minutes, they turned around and we spent the
ride together until "Vänge". A lot of standing cycling and low cadence to tire out the  legs
as much as possible even if the time is quite short. Started with a smooth tailwind, 2 - 4 m/Sec,
and ended last 1 1/2 hour with 6 - 8 m/sec. headwind. Should be around 2 m/sec according
to weather maps. This really emptied my legs, together with some ball play in the afternoon.
