On the way out I tested a 350 meter
long 10 - 12 % hill at minute 56. The way out was head on
into the wind and not using a low
position. On the way back really low and working with a
smooth tailwind. This was
a really fun ride, last 3 minutes behind a truck that first made me
brake, then took me up to 62 km/hr
up hill where normal speed is 28 -.32 km/hr on bike for me

home without
the hill test.. I feel really comfortable in the low position now.
And you get much
stronger, working with your hip
extenders in a low position. There
is 5 minutes drinking
and waiting between Out and
Back ! No
