Out and back, 27, 3 km, worst wind
since last summer. Ok spinning out at 42 x 21-19 most
of the time. Back with tailwind,
( you don't say ) on 53 x 12. Tough but fun. Legs is a bit hurt
by yesterdays spinning and 15 minutes
standing low. I have never managed to turn
90+ cadence into headwind before.
First 33 minutes was really hard.
And all the time position on the
bike was GOOD !
I hope speed/power should split
up at 80/20. No more average spinning
