As the pulse responce was up to
15 beats to high. I went to 160 watt after 25 minutes
and did 5 minutes at that wattage,
and then stopped as the body didn´t react normal.
Compare the last five minutes at
a normal cadence with the same wattage three days
ago, on the diagram further down.
