 The training during Base 4  week 1 accumulated.
( The same as choosing base 4, week 1, in the menu to the left )
 980404 E1 160 watt until 28 minutes then 200 watt until 30.30 then 240 watt  ( 83 Kg )
During 160 watt : Avg. pulse 129 ( 58 % HRR )  * est ml/min/kg 67, ** est max. watt 393
During 200 watt : Avg. pulse 141 ( 66 % HRR )  * est ml/min/kg 66, ** est max. watt 384
During 240 watt : Avg. pulse 149 ( 72 % HRR )  * est ml/min/kg 67, ** est max. watt 391
The two at 200 and 240 watt is just done to test the formulas. I am still training to
teach the legs to be more efficient at slightly higher cadence. At this low wattage, the pulse
is pretty stable between cadence 80 - 90, with a rise about 5 beats per 10 revs/minute
at cadence higher than 90, and a fall of about  5 beats per 10 revs/minute from
80 to 60 cadence.

 980405 E2 Done on program P5 ( same as  980218  )  ( 83 Kg )
53 x 17  5 x  (.7 km  slope 0,  2 km slope +3,  1 km slope +9 )
Avg. pulse 145  (69 % HRR ) avg. watt 206. avg. cadence 90),
* est ml/min/kg 64, ** est max. watt 374
This should be an Ok training, to get used to spin at higher cadence, after tougher work is
done at a lower cadence. I think that with training, the pulse wont rise as much each time
the five routes is done. The last 10 minutes is done at 140 watt.
