 980402 E2 Outside with The Basso on Cyclo-cross tubes,  sunny -2  deg. , 6 - 10 m/Sec.  ( 82,4 Kg )
Avg. pulse 156 ( 77 % HRR )  avg. speed 26,1 km/hr. 19,5 km.
Up to point 1, coarse country road into the wind, 1 - 2 smoother road with wind,
2 - 3 smooth road, into the wind, rest is smooth road with tail wind.
From now on I will try to get a smarter/better mix of training efforts.
Ca: 70 % of training time each week at efforts less then pulse 148
20 - 25 % in the pulse range from 148 up to 167
5 - 10 % at pulse 168 or more.  This should be true atleast until build starts.
Then time for avg. and high pulse increases and Endurance decreases.
