The response from the body at 335 watt was good, but the all over avg. pulse a bit high.
It was good to see that the pulse didn't rise to much for each of the 5 parts of the training..
Tomorrow there will be a day off. See U saturday when there will be 30 minutes around pulse 148,
and  30 minutes pulse 158, both with tt cadence.
Sunday 2 hours at around pulse 138 - 148, normal/high cadence !
