Used a higher cadence throughout
the training. Avg. pulse for each 20 minutes is 150, 162 and
167 beats.
This is probably the effect of
loosing 2.4 Kg the last 10 days. I am always well hydrated, during training
and eat a balanced but small diet.
Resting pulse in the middle of the day is < 48. It is probably no more
than
normal training fatigue for base,
week 3. Next week, there is just 4 hours training to regain stamina and
power.
Tomorrow there should be the Pinarello
on cyclo-cross tubs concurring the snow and ice. Thrilling !!
