The high cadence on first route eats pulse,  :-)  lowered cad 2:nd and third time to lower pulse. 
I am on a diet since monday morning and this was the toughest training this year PUH !
Worse on the body than 260 W 15 minutes this sunday.
The low food intake should give a very short time before I star fat burning. WW type of eating.
