About the cover for "A Little Something Special"

The spindly, sexless being with something looking like a punktuated, hairy basketball on his head (double-translated DR-quote) in the middle of the crowd in front of Donald's foot has, by some very odd reason, been added to the finished art by someone else, just before the print. The person substituted for should, according to Don, be just any regular Duckburgian citizen that didn't do anything remarkable at all...
